Privacy Policy

Effective February 2026. This policy describes how YNOT CREATIVE ("YNOT CREATIVE," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ynot-creative.com.

Overview

YNOT CREATIVE is a creative strategy and web design practice operated by Tony in the Bellevue/Seattle area. This website does not use tracking cookies, does not sell visitor data, and does not build advertising profiles. The only personal data collected is information voluntarily submitted through the contact form.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, business name (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. This data is transmitted via Resend, a transactional email service, and delivered to our inbox.

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to manage the resulting working relationship. Contact form submissions are retained indefinitely for business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@ynot-creative.com.

Information Collected Automatically

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics platform. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across websites or devices. No persistent identifiers are stored. All data is aggregated — we can see page views, referral sources, and general browser and device information, but we cannot identify individual visitors.

Plausible is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Germany) and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. No visitor data is shared with or sold to third parties. For more information, see Plausible's privacy documentation.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics operates entirely without cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile (used for bot verification on the contact form) does not set cookies.

If Google Ads or Meta conversion tracking is active (see "Advertising & Conversion Tracking" below), those services may set third-party cookies subject to their own privacy policies. Standard browser controls and the opt-out links listed below apply in those cases.

Bot Verification

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam submissions. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. It does not track visitors and does not use cookies. For details, see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Advertising & Conversion Tracking

This site may use conversion tracking tools from Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. When active, these tools may use cookies or tracking pixels to determine whether an ad interaction led to a specific action on this site, such as submitting the contact form.

These tools are loaded only when advertising campaigns are actively running. When present, they operate under the privacy policies of their respective platforms:

You can opt out of Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.

Hosting & Infrastructure

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes requests through its global network and may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) as part of normal infrastructure operations. This data is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy and is not used by YNOT CREATIVE for analytics or tracking purposes.

Third-Party Services

The following external services are used in connection with this site:

  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused website analytics (no cookies, no personal data collection)
  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and Turnstile bot verification
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions
  • Sanity — content management system (serves content to the site; no direct visitor interaction)
  • Google Search Console — search engine optimization monitoring (no visitor-facing tracking)
  • Google Ads / Meta — conversion tracking when advertising campaigns are active

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained indefinitely for business records. Plausible Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and does not contain personally identifiable information. You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us at support@ynot-creative.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since the only personal data collected is through the contact form, any such request can be fulfilled by contacting us directly.

California residents (CCPA): YNOT CREATIVE does not sell personal information. Data collected is used solely for responding to inquiries and managing client relationships. You have the right to know what personal data has been collected and to request its deletion.
