The challenge
Jeremy Svik is a personal trainer in Kirkland, WA, building his coaching business through Instagram. He had no website — which meant no way to showcase his programs, build credibility beyond social media, or convert interested followers into paying clients. When someone asked "where do I sign up?" there was nowhere to send them.
The approach
Jeremy's audience lives on Instagram and discovers him through social content. The website didn't need to be an SEO engine — it needed to be the conversion layer for an audience he was already building. When someone clicks the link in his bio, the site has one job: turn interest into action.
I built with that function in mind: a bold, motivating visual identity that matched his personal brand and training energy, clear coaching program pages, a multi-step coaching assessment form, and mobile-first design as the priority — knowing the majority of his audience would arrive from a phone via Instagram.
The results
The strategy was built around Instagram, and the data confirmed it: half of all traffic comes from Instagram, and 68% of visitors arrive on mobile — exactly the audience I designed for.
The site bridges the gap between "I like your content" and "I want to work with you." 1 in 9 visitors starts the coaching assessment — an 11% conversion rate from a cold visit to a qualified lead. For a personal trainer, a handful of converted clients per month is a full book.
